/ppYou will ideally have trained and developed your experience within the Antitrust practice of a leading Italian or international law firm and be looking to build on that experience within a growing, internationally focused team.
/ppbr / /ppstrongThe opportunity /strong /ppThe role will involve advising a broad range of clients on Italian and EU competition law matters.
In particular, you will have the opportunity to gain further experience in: /pulliantitrust investigations involving strongrestrictive agreements and alleged abuses of dominance /strong; /lilistrongmerger control proceedings /strong, including the preparation and filing of notifications before the strongAGCM /strong and the strongEuropean Commission /strong; /liliadvising on regulatory aspects of transactions and other strategic matters.
/li /ulpExperience with strongGolden Power /strong legislation and strongFDI screening and notification procedures /strong would be an additional advantage.
