/ppThe person hired will oversee the full personnel mobilization cycle, from planning to completion, making sure every international assignment fully complies with safety regulations, visa requirements, and corporate travel policies.
/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliuInternational Travel Coordination /u: Manage end-to-end travel logistics — flights, visas, lodging, and ground transport — for offshore crews and personnel stationed at remote sites.
/liliuExpense Administration /u: Review and process travel expense claims, allocating costs correctly to the relevant projects alongside the finance team.
/liliuOn-Assignment Support /u: Act as the go-to contact for deployed staff, handling last-minute logistics changes and resolving travel-related issues as they arise.
/liliuDocumentation Management /u: Keep personnel files, contract end-dates, and work permits current in the company database.
