You will advise customers on processing orders, product shortages, expected delivery dates, and price changes.
You will play a key role in solving customers' queries and support our sales team to ensure efficient and flawless service.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliReceive and process orders and requests from customers /liliCollect and analyze customer feedback /liliWork with clients and other departments to ensure orders are processed correctly /liliResolve issues, inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, or direct them to sales representatives or technical service areas /liliProvide back?office support to the Sales Department as per the responsibility framework /liliProvide information to customers regarding the status of orders,
