ph3Job Description – Junior Logistics Shipping Specialist /h3 h3Role Description /h3 pThe candidate will join the Supply Chain team of a fast-growing company and will support the Logistics Manager in daily shipping management, warehouse flow monitoring, and coordination with carriers.
/p pThe role involves both logistics planning and system-related operational activities, working closely with Customer Service, Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOrganize and plan domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
/li liManage shipping documentation (delivery notes, pro-forma invoices, CMR, packing lists, and export customs documents).
/li liMonitor inbound and outbound logistics flows, ensuring accurate booking of warehouse movements in the system.
/li liLiaise daily with freight forwarders and carriers to request quotes, book transport, and track deliveries.
/li liSupport the Logistics Manager in warehouse space optimization and stock level management.
/li liPromptly resolve transport issues, such as delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.
/li liCollaborate with Customer Service to provide real-time updates on shipment status.
/li liContribute to monitoring logistics KPIs (transport costs, on-time delivery, carrier performance).
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li2-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management roles.
/li liExcellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken) for daily communication with international partners and clients.
/li liBasic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
/li liGreat command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
