Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aestheticsYour role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Product Manager to join KIKO MILANO’s Product Team.Such talent is responsible for the full product development lifecycle and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, profitability targets, and execution timelines.In particular, your main areas of responsibility will be:Lead the end-to-end process of product launches, from the initial ideation phase to execution — including the definition of the product concept, development of mood boards to guide visual and storytelling direction, coordination with R&D; and packaging teams, and alignment with brand positioning and market trends.Analysis of trends, competition and identification of new consumer insightsMonitoring and analysis of sales performance post-launch, with follow-up activities to identify trends, areas for improvement, and corrective actions in collaboration with marketing, trade,



and retail teamsPartner with the Brand Communication team to align on product positioning and narrative, ensuring consistency with the brand identityWork in synergy with the other company functions involved in brand development: Marketing, Brand Communication, PR, Training, Digital, Supply and FinanceWhat you will need to succeedDegree or Master in Economics, Marketing or Business Management4+ years’ experience in a similar role for a multinational companyGood knowledge of Excel and Power PointFluent in EnglishWe would love if you hadExperience working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across an organizationStrong organisational skills with an ability to re- prioritise as required to meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills & detail-orientedAbility to multi-task and be action oriented;
