/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
/li liDevelop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence within the hospitality sector.
/li liIdentify, approach, and acquire new clients, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, distributors, and other HoReCa businesses.
/li liBuild and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
/li liNegotiate commercial agreements and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
/li liPresent products and solutions to potential clients and partners.
/li liMonitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on business development activities.
/li liRepresent the company at industry events,



trade shows, networking meetings, and business conferences.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liFluent Italian and English (both written and spoken).
/li liPrevious experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
/li liStrong understanding of the HoReCa industry and B2B sales processes.
/li liExperience in food, FMCG, hospitality, distribution, or related industries is considered a strong advantage.
/li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
/li liAbility to build trust-based, long-term client relationships.
/li liSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
/li liHigh level of mobility and willingness to travel across Sardinia when required.
/li liValid driving license is preferred.
