Role and responsibilities
We are looking for aDatabricks Championto join our Data team and act as a technical reference across Databricks projects.
The role combines hands-on technical expertise, project leadership, client advisory and pre-sales activities, with the opportunity to drive the growth of Databricks capabilities within the organization.
Activities:
Act as theDatabricks technical expert and reference pointacross projects.
Lead Databricks projects, guiding both the internal team and the client.
Support clients in definingdata architectures and Databricks solutions.
Contribute topre-sales activities, including technical workshops, proposals and client presentations.
Mentor team members and promote Databricks best practices and knowledge sharing.
Stay up to date with the Databricks ecosystem and drive the adoption of new capabilities.
Required Skills
Certified Databricks Champion;
A minimum of6-7 years of overall experiencein Data, Data Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields;
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Databricksin enterprise projects;
Proven experience working as a Databricks technical lead / expert, with theability to guide both technical teams and clients;
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions;
Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business audiences;
Experience contributing to or leading pre-sales activities and technical proposals;
Strong problem-solving, leadership and mentoring skills;
Fluent English and ability to work in an international environment.
