/liliBuild and maintain relationships with energy buyers, utilities, large commercial and industrial customers, and market participants.
/liliSupport renewable project development by securing long-term offtake arrangements.
/liliMonitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and regulatory developments impacting PPA structures.
/li /ulpbCommercial Negotiations /b /pulliLead end-to-end negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements and related commercial contracts.
/liliStructure innovative and competitive PPA solutions aligned with project and customer requirements.
/liliCoordinate with legal, finance, project development, and risk management teams during contract negotiations.
/liliEnsure commercial terms optimize project value while managing market and credit risks.
/li /ulpbMarket Financial Analysis /b /pulliConduct PPA pricing analysis, market assessments, and revenue forecasting.




/liliEvaluate merchant exposure, contract risks, and hedging strategies.
/liliSupport financial modeling and project valuation activities.
/liliAnalyze electricity market fundamentals and renewable energy certificate/attribute markets where applicable.
/li /ulpbStakeholder Management /b /pulliCollaborate with project development, project finance, legal, and external advisors.
/liliPresent commercial recommendations to senior management and investment committees.
/liliOversee execution and ongoing management of PPAs throughout their lifecycle.
/liliMonitor contractual obligations, performance requirements, and compliance milestones.
/liliResolve commercial disputes and contract-related issues as required.
/li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications /b /ppEducation /pulliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
/liliMBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
/li /ulpRequired Experience /pulli5-10 years of experience within the renewable energy industry.
/liliAt least 3-4 years of direct experience originating, negotiating, or managing PPAs.
/liliProven track record of executing renewable energy offtake agreements.
/liliExperience with solar, wind, battery energy storage, or hybrid renewable projects.
