Adecco filiale T&T; Malpensa, for a company operating in the airline catering sector, with a production center located in Cardano al Campo, we are looking for a Quality figure to be included in the Operating Unit. The resource, while respecting the responsibilities and decision-making power of the Unit Manager, will operate as a technical reference body for Quality within the production site, ensuring the application of company procedures, compliance with hygiene and health regulations and the continuous improvement of processes. They may also be involved, by mandate, in specific projects such as start-ups of new services, opening of new laboratories, allergen management and training of new resources. Main responsibilities:

- Management of the Self-Control System (UNI 10854 – Reg. CE 852/2004)
- Management of the ISO 9001 Quality System
- Management of Non-Conformities and definition/verification of local Corrective Actions
- Information and training activities for operational personnel
- Execution of internal inspections
- Technical support to Operating Units




- Management of product traceability
- Management of unit documentation and copies of manuals
- Management and verification of measuring instruments
- Controls and verifications in case of activities carried out by external partners (e.g. disinfestation, customer audits, sampling, analysis)
- Supervision of the correct application of hygiene procedures, HACCP, use of PPE and safety

Requirements:
- Degree, preferably in Food Science and Technology or similar disciplines
- Professional experience of at least 3–5 years in Quality roles in structured food production contexts
- Knowledge of HACCP regulations, quality systems and audit processes
- Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Operational autonomy and aptitude for fieldwork
- Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday (5-1 / 5-2 rotation)

Offer
- Direct employment in the company
- Full time, from Monday to Sunday
- RAL Range €35,000 – €37,000, with possibility of higher evaluation
- CCNL Air transport - specific air catering part
