/ph3The Role /h3pWe are looking for a highly entrepreneurial operator to take full ownership of production, supply chain, and atelier operations.
/ppYou will design, build, and scale a made?to?order model capable of handling hundreds of custom garments per month, without compromising speed, quality, or craftsmanship.
/ppYou will work directly with the founder and leadership team to turn production into a competitive advantage, not a bottleneck.

Building the Made?To?Order Engine /h3ulliOwn the full production lifecycle from order to delivery /liliDesign and implement systems to consistently deliver within b5–8 working days /b /liliBuild scalable workflows for high?volume made?to?order production /liliIntroduce structure where needed, but remain agile and solutions?driven /li /ulh32.
Factory Supply Chain Strategy /h3ulliIdentify, test, and onboard manufacturing partners capable of MTO production /liliNegotiate commercial terms and build long?term partnerships /liliStress test factories for scale, speed, and quality /liliBuild and lead the in?house atelier (pattern cutters, tailors, freelancers) /liliDefine hiring standards and test processes for technical roles /liliImplement best?in?class construction, fitting, and finishing standards /liliEnsure seamless collaboration between design and production /li /ulh34.
