You'll drive the monthly planning drumbeat, engage stakeholders, and design a deployable SOP process with a strong focus on implementation and change management.
You will work across units to raise planning performance, KPIs, and governance, making the supply chain more responsive and predictable.

/pulliLead unit-specific and cross?unit projects to improve On?Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, Lead Time, and Plan Accuracy /liliDesign and implement the SOP process from an operations perspective, emphasizing Supply Planning and reconciliation /liliManage stakeholders and define roles within the SOP process /liliGovern the monthly Global Business Supply Planning drumbeat, KPIs, and reporting /liliDevelop the SOE process and connect SOE with SOP /liliFacilitate the Supply Planning drumbeat, reviews, and approvals to balance demand and supply /liliIdentify and propose projects to elevate internal planning using SAP MM, SAP PP, and an advanced planning tool /liliPerform standard and ad hoc analyses on SOP/SOE metrics and root?cause issues /liliAct as SME for SOP and SOE,
