pstrongEssential Responsibilities /strong /pp - Main responsibilities would be managing the service managers and service channels in the International Regions with direct management of all service teams. /pp - Being responsible for and driving the service revenue, containing costs and overall owner of the service PL for International. /pp - Leading the regional service training function and technical training centre to facilitate training across the region for both direct and indirect customers. /pp - Driving the technical and escalation support teams as well as interfacing with RD and operational teams for all technical support items. /pp - Being the main point of contact for all customers and service channels in the region. /pp - Deliver the agreed KPI’s and financial targets set by the company. /pp - Ensuring the direct service team and the channel engineers are trained and equipped to service all products in the Carestream portfolio sold in International. /pp - Ensure service is carried out in a compliant way adhering to standard local and global SOP’s and compliant company processes to deliver service in a compliant professional manner. /pp - Promote a team environment where all members are encouraged to share knowledge and skills and integrate as one unit. /pp - Drive customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective service.



/pp - Being International focal point of contact for cross functional communication with global teams such as RD, operations, out of box issues, etc. /ppbr / /ppstrongQualifications / Skill Requirements /strong /pp - Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related fields or equivalent Health Industry and / or service management experience. /pp - Demonstrated service management experience in Medical Device Industry /pp - Sound technical knowledge of Health Imaging equipment and experience in managing a culturally diverse and highly skilled workforce in providing service to customers. /pp - Demonstrated ability to lead and implement organisational change and provide clear direction to staff. /pp - Willingness to travel overseas and within International when required. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe successful applicant will have: /strong /pp - Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team of technical field staff /pp - Demonstrated channel management experience preferably in healthcare. /pp - Must be results driven with a strong ability to drive outstanding customer service /pp - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. /pp - Strong Technical Knowledge of X-ray products. CTMRI and other modality experience is a premio. /pp - The ability to travel within International as required. /p
