On top will support the team in COGS control and Brand expenses tracking and monitoring. Thus,



he/she will have to work closely together with and act as a Business partner to other functions such as Sales and Marketing mainly, and supply chain when necessary. /p pThis is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Milan office / Fridays working from home) /p h3bWhat You Can Expect /b /h3 pManage the ON trade channel, focusing on Net Sales and Gross Profit performance for the entire portfolio. /p pSupport COGS control and track/monitor Brand expenses. /p pAct as a business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions. /p pAnalyze and report on Net Sales at customer and brand levels. /p pPerform Profitability Analysis across the operational value chain. /p pPlan and update the annual budget for operationally relevant PL sections in collaboration with FPA. /p pEnsure commercial practices and policies are followed across departments. /p pShare best practices and facilitate knowledge transfer. /p pProvide ad-hoc analysis and support to the Italy Finance Team. /p h3bWhat You Bring to the Table /b /h3 pBachelors or equivalent degree in Business or Finance. /p pMinimum 3 years of post-degree experience in Controlling/Finance, preferably in the FMCG sector. /p pFluent in Italian and highly proficient in English (speaking and writing). /p pExcellent MS Excel skills; good knowledge of Financial/ERP Systems (SAP) and BI/BW.
