Our technology starts with you. /ph3YOUR ROLE /h3pWe are looking for a motivated and passionate candidate for the position of Process Engineer in the Metal Deposition module of the FEM-AG300 organization. The role involves supporting the Engineering and Manufacturing teams, with a focus on managing and controlling micro- and nano-fabrication processes for metal thin-film deposition, including Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and electroplating processes. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliEnsure the robustness and manufacturability of the processes with recipe optimization, process window and robustness tasks /liliSustain manufacturing process and equipment troubleshooting /liliMonitor process performance and yield with SPC,
defect analysis and FDC /liliStartup new equipment and perform process qualification /liliPrepare and optimize operative procedure and work instruction /liliTroubleshoot excursions and drive root-cause analysis (8D) to restore process stability /li /ulh3YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCES /h3ulliMaster's degree in material science, physics, chemistry, engineering or related fields /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /liliGood ability to analyze complex data and use tools for statistical analysis /liliGood knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken /liliMotivation to work in a dynamic environment with different teams and external suppliers /liliTeamwork attitude /liliBasic understanding of semiconductor physics and microfabrication processes /li /ulpST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
