The role involves supporting the Engineering and Manufacturing teams, with a focus on managing and controlling micro- and nano-fabrication processes for metal thin-film deposition, including Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and electroplating processes. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliEnsure the robustness and manufacturability of the processes with recipe optimization, process window and robustness tasks /liliSustain manufacturing process and equipment troubleshooting /liliMonitor process performance and yield with SPC,
