Our new team member will be someone with proven experience in bfinance, asset, /b and bpayment processes /b. bSAP /b experience is considered an advantage.br/ /p h3What You’ll Be Doing: /h3 ul lipMonitoring the day-to-day financial operations within the companies /p /li lipOverview the automated processes for sales, purchases, AR, AP /p /li lipNon-Trade Accounts payables, prime entries /p /li lipCash management and reporting, support payment preparation. /p /li lipMaintain and reviewing financial records, including Fixed Assets Ledger, payroll postings, month end closing accruals /p /li lipIntercompany and bank reconciliation. /p /li lipEnsure the integrity of accounting information by verifying and recording transactions /p /li lipGeneral accounting, VAT return, in liaison with local tax and legal consultants ensuring correct calculation of monthly VAT and correct calculation of the taxable income; VAT reports, Journal Book, and other indirect tax returns. /p /li lipInteract directly with the auditors to discuss and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner /p /li lipMaintain strong knowledge of accounting and finance practices /p /li lipContinuous improvement of processes and controls.
