The consultant will support the administration, optimization, and continuous enhancement of contract management processes integrated with Salesforce, ensuring efficient business operations and an excellent user experience. /ppThe ideal candidate combines functional consulting capabilities with a solid understanding of CRM and CLM platforms, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide functional and operational support for DocuSign CLM and its integration with Salesforce. /liliAnalyze business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM and CLM solutions. /liliSupport incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. /liliConfigure and maintain DocuSign CLM workflows, templates, clauses, approval processes, and document generation features. /liliCollaborate with business users to identify process improvement opportunities and optimize contract lifecycle management. /liliSupport Salesforce CRM administration and related business processes. /liliCoordinate with technical teams for integrations, enhancements, and releases. /liliConduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities. /liliDeliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and functional documentation. /liliEnsure system compliance, security, and governance standards are followed. /liliMonitor platform performance and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency. /li /ulh3Required Skills and Experience: /h3ulliProven experience as a CRM Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant. /liliHands-on experience with DocuSign CLM implementation, configuration,
