pbMAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB: /b /ppbBrand repositioning: /b /ppSupport the Marketing Team in the brand repositioning project already initiated (mainly artwork and content updates to the new brand identity) /ppbr/ppbProduct offer development: /b /pulliConduct a benchmark of competitors and analyze the cookware market to help the team to identify the future product developments needed. /liliPrepare participate in marketing studies (qualitative quantitative) /liliSupport product offer development, in collaboration with RD, design, quality and supply teams, according to the strategy defined by managers. /li /ulpbr/ppbContent Communication: /b /pulliProduce the launch package associated with the product offer, from packaging up to digital content. Brief agencies, participate in shootings, follow up on asset creation. /liliIdentify market needs and produce ad-hoc content required by the markets for specific campaigns or “recovery improved content” projects. /li /ulpbr/ppbPerformance management: /b /pulliSupport the marketing team with internal analysis (sell-in), using internal reporting tools (GPS, Qlikview…) /liliAnalyze range performance (sales, margin, volumes) and produce recommendations to improve portfolio performances.
