Reporting directly to the Global Head of IT, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the company's IT landscape while leading internal teams and managing strategic technology partners. This is a highly visible leadership role combining technology, service management, people leadership, and infrastructure strategy in a global environment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and develop the IT Operations and Infrastructure function on a global scale. /liliEnsure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT services. /liliManage hybrid infrastructure environments across on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud platforms. /liliOversee networking, cloud services, endpoint management, identity services, and cybersecurity operations. /liliDrive continuous service improvement and operational excellence. /liliManage external vendors and service providers, ensuring delivery against agreed SLAs. /liliEstablish and maintain IT operational processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management. /liliSupport Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives. /liliCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align IT operations with strategic objectives.
