pBrand Management Internship – Southern Europe /ppbr / /ppstrongLocation: Milan, Italy /strong /ppbr / /ppAbout the Role /ppbr / /ppWe are looking for a motivated and curious strongBrand Management Intern /strong to join our Southern Europe Marketing team in Milan. /ppbr / /ppThis is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management within an international environment, supporting some of Wella Company’s iconic professional hair brands across Southern Europe. /ppbr / /ppThe role will primarily support Wella Professionals across Italy and France, while also contributing to the management of System Professional, Kadus Professional and Sassoon Professional across the Southern European cluster. /ppbr / /ppYou will work closely with the Brand Management team and collaborate with different markets and functions, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of marketing. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliSupport the development and execution of brand plans and marketing initiatives across Southern Europe. /liliContribute to product launches, campaigns, activations and promotional activities. /liliMonitor and analyze key business, brand and market KPIs to identify trends and opportunities. /liliSupport the preparation of presentations, reports and business updates.



/liliCoordinate with local teams across different Southern European markets to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on ongoing projects. /liliSupport the team in managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines. /liliBring new ideas, curiosity and a consumer-oriented perspective to the team. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We Are Looking For /strong /pulliUniversity student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field. /liliStrong interest in marketing, brand management and the beauty industry. /liliPrevious marketing experience is a plus, but attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are the most important factors. /liliStrong analytical mindset and confidence working with data. /liliFluent English, both written and spoken. /liliCurious, proactive and eager to learn. /liliStrong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several topics simultaneously. /liliGood communication and collaboration skills. /liliComfortable working in an international and multi-market environment. /liliGood knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /p
