ppFor our Client - a globally recognized industrial technology company, we are looking for Global Industry Product Strategy Manager who will be responsible for developing selected industry segments and product areas in an international environment. /ppThe role focuses on market analysis, product positioning, go-to-market strategy and business development, translating customer and market insights into commercial opportunities. /ppThe person in this position will work closely with Sales, Product Management, RD and Marketing, supporting new product launches, developing sales and marketing tools, preparing industry-specific propositions and providing training for commercial teams. /ppThe role offers a global scope, significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence both marketing strategy and commercial direction across international markets. /ppLocation: Poland, Italy or the Netherlands (depending on the candidate’s location and profile) /ph3Requirements /h3ulli5+ years of experience in Product Management, Key Account Management, Industry Management, Business Development or a related commercial role. /liliExperience in a B2B industrial / technical environment. /liliStrong understanding of customer-facing and commercial processes. /liliExperience working with industrial products, machinery, automation, material handling, packaging or similar technical solutions would be an advantage. /liliAbility to understand technical products and translate technical features into customer value and business benefits. /liliExperience in managing relationships with strategic customers and key accounts. /liliStrong analytical skills and ability to use market and customer data to make business decisions. /liliExperience with tools such as CRM, Power BI or other business intelligence solutions. /liliStrong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to work effectively across international, cross-functional teams without direct authority.
