and service cases /b /liliSupporting the creation of btechnical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles /b /liliCollaborating with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure a bhigh-quality customer experience /b /liliMonitoring ticket status and maintaining accurate bcase documentation in CRM tools /b /liliSupporting after-sales processes, including bwarranty claims and technical clarifications /b /liliContributing to the identification and implementation of AI-driven solutions and bcontinuous improvement initiatives /b to enhance operational efficiency and customer support services /li /ulh3Required entry qualifications /h3ulliYou are under 30 years of age (Italian Apprenticeship requirements) /liliYou have acquired a Diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree in belectrical engineering /b, electronic engineering or similar /liliStrong interest in blow voltage electrical products and technical support /b /liliProficiency in English and Italian /liliExcellent knowledge of MS Office /liliKnowledge of belectrical distribution systems /band of CRM will be considered a plus /liliStrong bcommunication and customer orientation skills /b /liliand analytical thinking /liliDisplays strong blearning agility /b, bintellectual curiosity /b,
