ppAn experienced Scheduler is required to to join our clients team in the Milan office. The successful candidate will support major Data Centre developments, working alongside leading technology clients and project teams delivering mission-critical facilities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. /li liSupport project teams in establishing baseline schedules and programme controls processes. /li liMonitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and recommend mitigation strategies. /li liAnalyse critical path activities and evaluate schedule impacts. /li liLead schedule review meetings with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. /li liPrepare and present regular progress reports, dashboards, and programme updates. /li liConduct schedule risk assessments and scenario planning exercises. /li liSupport change management processes and assess the schedule impact of variations. /li liReview contractor programmes for compliance, logic, resource loading, and overall project performance. /li liDevelop and maintain resource-loaded schedules where required. /li liPerform delay analysis and forensic schedule reviews. /li liSupport project controls functions, including cost and risk integration. /li liProvide mentoring and guidance to junior scheduling professionals. /li liParticipate in project progress meetings and site visits as required.
/li liEnsure reporting accuracy and adherence to project governance standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5-10 years' experience in project scheduling, project controls, planning engineering, or programme management, ideally within Data Centres /li liEducation: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline /li liDemonstrated experience developing and maintaining complex Data Centre project schedules. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Primavera P6. /li liStrong understanding of project controls, planning methodologies, and programme management. /li liExperience performing schedule risk analysis and critical path assessments. /li liAbility to conduct delay analysis and forensic scheduling reviews. /liliKnowledge of earned value management and performance reporting principles. /li liStrong understanding of Data Centre construction sequencing, commissionation, and project delivery. /li liExperience reviewing contractor schedules and construction programmes. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving ability. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. /li liProven ability to build strong relationships with clients and project teams. /li /ul pCommitment to delivering high-quality work and continuous professional development /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
