qualify business opportunities, and respond promptly with accurate information. /liliClient Relationship Development — Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the sales process. /liliProposal Contract Creation — Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client needs and hotel guidelines. /liliSite Inspections — Conduct professional site visits, showcasing meeting spaces, FB options, and event capabilities. /liliRevenue Optimization — Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximize event revenue across spaces, services, and FB. /liliBEO Preparation Handover — Ensure accurate and timely creation of Banquet Event Orders and provide clear handovers to the Events and Operations teams. /liliCross‑Department Collaboration — Work closely with Sales, Banqueting, FB, and Front Office to guarantee seamless event execution. /liliMarket Competitor Analysis — Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support commercial strategy. /liliCRM Reporting — Maintain updated CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and support forecasting and reporting activities. /liliBrand Standards Compliance — Ensure all communication, proposals,
