continuously identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization. /p /li lipCommunicating progress, risks, opportunities and outcomes of digital initiatives to leadership and key stakeholders. /p /li lipCoaching and mentoring team members and contributors on digital technologies, automation opportunities and best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. /p /li lipSupporting Infrastructure team activities related to engineering templates, configuration management and requisition execution when required to address workload fluctuations and business priorities. /p /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul liHave a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited university or college. /li liDemonstrate strong knowledge of digital technologies, software development methodologies, system integrations and modern data management practices. /li liHave experience with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning applications, automation technologies or other emerging digital solutions. /li liHave experience developing, implementing or managing digital solutions supporting engineering, project execution or business processes. /li liDemonstrate the ability to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable and user-focused digital solutions. /li liHave strong analytical thinking, data analysis and structured problem-solving capabilities. /li liBe capable of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across a matrix organization. /li liDemonstrate a passion for innovation, continuous improvement and technology adoption. /li liBe comfortable working in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives from concept through implementation. /li liDemonstrate practical, hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 low-code/no-code technologies, including Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot, automation and collaboration tools, beyond theoretical or general familiarity. /li liBasic familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages would be considered a plus to support AI-enabled automation, such as agentic AI use cases, rapid prototyping, data handling and integrations. /li liHave experience working with software developers, Digital Technology organizations, system integrators or external technology providers. /li liHave a solid understanding of engineering processes, product lifecycle management concepts and project execution environments,
