Partner with the best As Supplier Quality Engineering - Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible to manage any quality/technical aspect related to supplier’s delivered products. All activities have tight relationship with other functions, i.e. Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistic and Procurement. Main goal is to continuously improve the supplier’s Quality level, reducing both escaping defects and associated cost of quality, while growing and developing the supply base as per business needs. /ph3In this role, you will be responsible for: /h3ulliManage Supplier’s related Non-Conformity Record (NCR) /liliLead the suppliers in the execution of defects root cause analysis (RCA) and support the definition of robust corrective actions (CA) /liliImplement Quality Development Plans for eligible suppliers /liliQualify the suppliers according to Company rules /liliCarry out periodic Audits to verify compliance with company requirements /liliCheck the on-the-job inspections according to the Quality Control Plans /liliSupport the suppliers on Deviation Request (SDR) management /liliSupport cross-functional and cross- regional initiatives to improve Suppliers Quality /liliManage patterns and support technical clarifications between suppliers and engineering. /li /ulh3Fuel your passion /h3h3To be successful in this role, you will: /h3ulliHave a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent work experience in one or more of the following industrial processes castings, forging and machining. /liliPossess technical knowledge of the following areas: welding (SMAW-FCAW) NDTs (VT, PT, MT, RX,
