This position will have a strong focus on the Retail channel and will be responsible for the preparation of the reports in order to monitor the Brand performances, the financial forecast/budget for the company and the profitability analysis by Region and Channel. The controller will support senior management, providing both strategic insights and in-depth analysis by working cross functionally across divisions/regions. /p h3RESPONSABILITIES /h3 ul liPreparing management reports and KPIs, providing analysis of the key areas /li liRetail daily/weekly reporting for the top management, coordinating all regional teams /li liMonitoring Retail profitability, focusing on channels and seasonality /li liCoordinate the WW retail global tracking of new openings and closures in conjunction with all the regional teams and the HQ Real Estate department /li liSupport the top Management with presentation, dashboards and performance indicators on all relevant projects /li liSupporting the preparation of Earning release analysis requested by the Holding /li liSupporting the preparation of budgets,



reforecasts and 3-year plans in conjunction with all the different teams involved in the process /li liAssisting in Monthly and Quarterly closings and provide comments and analysis vs budgets /li liCarry out regular business performance analysis, analysing variances from budget/forecast, with focus on subsidiaries in conjunction with the opex controlling and consolidation teams /li liMonitoring Retail Capex spending against investment budgets and highlighting areas of overspend /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3 pBachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) /p p3-5 years’ experience as business controller, consulting or audit /p pBackground of experience in a Fashion/Luxury company is a plus /p pProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint /p pExperience with Planning tool/software, Hyperion and Tagetik a plus /p pExperience with business intelligence tools such as OBIEE and PowerBI is a plus /p pGood relationships skills, social intelligence and teamwork /p pStrong analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills /p pAble to work under pressure in a complex fast-changing environment /p pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
