and on-site or online event logisticsOperational and Coordination ActivitiesCoordinate with internal teams and external partners for event promotion, materials, room bookings, and guest managementSupport logistics including catering, materials, and technical setup for in-person and virtual eventsAdministrative SupportSupport administrative and purchasing procedures related to event organizationAssist in budget tracking and documentationCommunity EngagementContribute to the ideation and implementation of networking formats and engagement initiatives aimed at strengthening alumni relationshipsREQUIREMENTSUniversity degreeAt least 6 months of proven experience abroad (study, work, or other international experiences)Strong written and oral communication skills in Italian and EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to manage multiple activities and work under time pressureAvailability to occasionally work in the evenings or weekends in connection with eventsNice to have: previous experience in event organization, alumni relations, or similar coordination activitiesWE OFFERA 6-month internship allowance of €1,000 gross per month and €8 meal vouchers per working day (Ticket Restaurant)Company PC and mobile phoneAccess to the SDA Bocconi training course platformPlace of work:SDA Bocconi, Via Sarfatti 10 – 20136 Milan(3 days in office + up to 2 days of lavoro da remoto after the first month)
