We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations and help ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in line with applicable requirements. If you combine strong payroll expertise with leadership, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills, this could be your next opportunity in Dubai! ?

? ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

? Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary calculations and payments.

? Review payroll data, deductions, allowances, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation elements.

? Manage payroll records and ensure employee information is maintained accurately and confidentially.

? Investigate payroll discrepancies and coordinate timely resolutions with HR, Finance, and employees.

? Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, summaries, and management updates.

⚖️ Support compliance with applicable payroll, employment, tax, and internal company requirements.

? Coordinate with Finance, HR, external payroll providers, and relevant stakeholders.

? Maintain strict confidentiality and appropriate controls over sensitive payroll information.

⚙️ Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, systems, controls, and reporting efficiency.

?‍? Provide guidance and support to payroll or HR administration team members when required.

? QUALIFICATIONS

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,



Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

✅ 5+ years of professional payroll experience , including experience in a supervisory or management capacity preferred.

✅ Strong knowledge of payroll processing, reconciliations, compensation administration, and payroll controls.

✅ Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

✅ Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

✅ Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

✅ Ability to manage deadlines, sensitive information, and multiple payroll priorities.

⭐ Experience with payroll software, HRIS, ERP systems, and advanced Excel is an advantage.

⭐ UAE/GCC payroll experience is highly valued.
