The Company focuses on solar power project development, construction management and project financing services with local professional teams in more than 10 countries around the world. /ppbr / /ppEmeren's Italy team is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Milan, working together with Senior members of the team in order to support Emeren’s rapidly growing solar and storage business and contribute to the transition to a low carbon, sustainable economy. /ppbr / /ppstrongDuties and Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliManaging projects and interfacing with engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil and environmental), legal and financial teams and ensuring that pre-established delivery times are respected /liliManaging project development up to RTB status, including site visits, risk assessment (technical and economical), vendors management, interaction with the permitting authorities; br / /liliManaging development budget and manage costs; br / /liliReporting the advancement status of the project assigned in the pipeline; br / /liliManaging relationships with external stakeholders, including development partners, public entities (state, regional and local), traders and landowners /liliSupporting with preparation of proposals for clients such as due diligence, technical advisory, and other service offerings, and providing inputs for the Emeren internal approval process with the Investment Committee; br / /liliPreparing and managing of specifications, tendering, negotiation and selection of Engineering, Procurement,
