As Tax Accounting Manager, you will lead accounting activities across Italy, France, and Spain, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, and meaningful support to business decisions. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in statutory reporting, Group reporting (US GAAP), tax compliance, working capital improvement, digital transformation, and team development. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. /liliEnsure the accuracy of accounting records, statutory accounts, and financial statements. /liliManage Group reporting under US GAAP and reconcile differences with local accounting standards. /liliCoordinate internal and external audits and maintain compliance with internal control requirements. /liliOversee direct and indirect tax compliance, transfer pricing activities, and relationships with tax advisors. /liliMonitor accounts receivable, credit exposure, collections, and working capital performance. /liliSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning processes. /liliProvide financial analyses and insights to support strategic business decisions. /liliDrive automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement projects within Finance. /liliAct as a key Finance stakeholder in ERP implementations and system enhancements. /liliLead, coach, and develop a team of Accounting Specialists. /liliFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. /li /ulh3What You'll Bring /h3ulliDegree in Accounting,
