Lo scopra qui sotto. /ppAt Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Manager - Strategy Innovation to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in Barcelona. /ppYour mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation. /ph3What will your main responsibilities be? /h3ulliLead CxO-level strategy and innovation programmes, from problem definition to final recommendations. /liliDevelop strategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations. /liliCoordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones. /liliAdvise and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across different business units and regions. /liliIdentify business, technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities. /liliMentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members. /li /ulh3What will you need? /h3ulliAt least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation. /liliExperience within a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent firms)
