You will work with people with a pioneering spirit and passion for challenges. /p h3What you'll do: /h3 ul liProvision and manage resilient cloud environments in Azure and AWS, leveraging automation to maintain the highest standards of security, performance, and availability. /li liImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate the deployment of Garmin cloud products and services. /li liArchitect and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines that empower engineering teams to deploy code with confidence, consistency, and minimal manual intervention. /li liGain experience with SW engineering and DevOps tools (such as monitoring, alerting and orchestration) as part of the Garmin development process. /li liCollaborate and add value through participation in architectural reviews, providing suggestions for automation, performance optimization, and scalability. /li liTroubleshoot and resolve system bottlenecks through thorough root cause analysis, ensuring continuous operational stability. /li liWork collaboratively within cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, and Architects) to achieve common goals. /li /ul h3What you'll need:
/h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in technical disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar) and 2 years relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer. /li liKnowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud platform and cloud services scalability best practices. /li liFamiliarity of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development, specifically with Bicep. /li liExperience with Docker and Kubernetes (containers orchestration). /li liProficiency with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell , Python, Bash). /li liUnderstanding of CI/CD principles and automation workflows. /li liThorough understanding of computing fundamentals: networking, security, and operating systems (Linux/Windows). /li liMust be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot infrastructure issues. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3Bonus points if you have: /h3 ul liKnowledge of AWS cloud platform and the usage of CloudFormation. /li liExperience with ADO (Azure DevOps) / Git. /li liKnowledge of automation tools such as Jenkins or Zuul. /li liDatabase administration skills (SQL/NoSQL) and experience in managing data persistence layers. /li liFamiliarity with marine environment technology, navigation and devices. /li liA true "geek" mindset: if you believe that any task done more than twice deserves a script, you'll fit right in. /li /ul h3Pay Range:
