Responsible for aligning demand requirements with production capabilities, the role optimizes resource utilization, inventory levels, and service performance. /ppCollaborates closely with manufacturing, procurement, sales teams and the warehouse keepers, participating to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, flexibility, and operational efficiency. /ph3Production Scheduling and Execution /h3ulliDevelop and maintain detailed short-term production schedules to ensure optimal sequencing and efficient use of production resources. /liliMonitor limited warehouse capacity and maximize rotation index of goods /liliManage work orders (raising, scheduling, closing). /liliAlign daily and weekly production plans with demand priorities, capacity constraints, and material availability. /liliMonitor schedule adherence and proactively adjust plans in response to changes in demand, disruptions, or operational constraints. /liliCollaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of the production schedule.
/liliIdentify bottlenecks and support actions to improve line efficiency, throughput, and overall responsiveness. /liliArrange for transportation the sister plant in case of interco flows /li /ulh3Materials and Inventory Coordination /h3ulliCheck supply of components and lacquered/printed sheets by coordinating closely with MPC scheduler, sister plants or suppliers. /liliMonitor stock levels for critical materials and proactively escalation potential shortages impacting production. /liliSupport inventory optimization by balancing production needs with stock levels, minimizing excess and obsolescence. /li /ulh3Planning Support and Continuous Improvement /h3ulliMaintain accuracy of planning data in ERP systems (lead times, production versions, scheduling parameters). /liliSupport the Supply Chain manager and the Team in improving scheduling processes, tools, and data accuracy. /liliContribute to the stabilization and standardization of production scheduling routines and best practices. /liliTrack and report key scheduling KPIs (e.g., schedule adherence, service level, production efficiency) /li /ulh3Qualification required by the applicant /h3ulliUniversity degree (ideally Industrial Engineering or equivalent, but other degrees can be considered based on the profile) /li /ulh3Specialized knowledge / experience /h3ulli0-3 years of experience in supply chain (preferably gained within the manufacturing sector) /liliAdvanced use of MS Office (Word,
