Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading Subsea and Inlet production activities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of LNG production facilities. This is a senior leadership position requiring extensive LNG operations experience, strong technical expertise in natural gas treatment and subsea systems, and a proven ability to manage production teams while maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Operational Leadership /h3ulliLead daily Subsea and Inlet production activities to achieve production targets while ensuring LNG product specifications are met. /liliSupport Shift Production Teams with process troubleshooting, operational optimization, and technical problem-solving. /liliDrive operational performance improvements and identify opportunities to enhance plant efficiency and reliability. /liliProvide operational coverage for the Shift Production Superintendent during absences and support plant emergency response activities. /li /ulh3HSE Compliance /h3ulliPromote and maintain a strong safety culture across all operations. /liliEnsure compliance with company HSE policies, industry regulations, and environmental requirements. /liliConduct regular safety audits, plant integrity inspections, and operational reviews. /liliParticipate in incident investigations, root cause analyses (RCA), risk assessments, and HAZOP studies.



/liliEnsure effective implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and isolation management procedures. /li /ulh3Production Maintenance Coordination /h3ulliCoordinate planned maintenance activities with Maintenance and Inspection teams. /liliSupport shutdown planning, execution, and post-shutdown reviews. /liliManage isolation plans, spading plans, LO/LC registers, and operational documentation. /liliOrganize permit meetings and oversee critical work activities. /li /ulh3Technical Support Optimization /h3ulliDevelop and review operating procedures, guidelines, and best practices. /liliSupport technical evaluations and plant modification initiatives. /liliInvestigate process disturbances, recommend corrective actions, and ensure lessons learned are captured. /liliEnsure technical integrity of Subsea and Inlet equipment and systems. /li /ulh3People Management /h3ulliLead, coach, and develop production personnel. /liliSupport competency development and succession planning initiatives. /liliPrepare annual performance objectives and conduct employee appraisals. /liliMentor national workforce personnel through structured training and development programs. /li /ulh3Reporting Documentation /h3ulliMaintain accurate records of operational activities and production performance. /liliReview shift logs and operational reports. /liliPrepare reports related to plant trips, abnormal operations, incidents, and production performance.



/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Science, or a related engineering discipline. Advanced technical qualifications are advantageous. /li /ulh3Experience Required /h3ulliMinimum 20 years of production experience within the Oil Gas, LNG, or Petrochemical industries. /liliMinimum 10 years in senior production leadership or supervisory positions. /liliMinimum 10 years of experience in LNG operations, with strong exposure to Subsea facilities and natural gas treatment processes. /liliDemonstrated experience managing large operational teams in an LNG production environment. /li /ulh3Technical Competencies /h3ulliExtensive knowledge of LNG production operations and gas processing facilities. /liliStrong expertise in natural gas treatment processes and subsea production systems. /liliProven ability to troubleshoot complex process upsets and operational challenges. /liliIn-depth understanding of HSE Management Systems and environmental compliance standards, including ISO 14001. /liliStrong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and operational risk management. /liliExperience in emergency response management and crisis handling. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications. /li /ulh3Airswift /h3pAirswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
