In 2025, Kering employed 44,000 people and generated revenue of 14.7 billion.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking Supply Chain Social Auditors as part of the highly responsive Kering Supply Chain Audit Department in our offices based in Italy. Your opportunityYou will play a key role in the Kering vision of a transparent and traceable supply chain for luxury. Through a collaborative approach to supplier audits, you will capture the data necessary to ensure every manufacturing step of the supply chain is legal and ethical.How you will contributeEnsure compliance of the Kering Group to international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.Perform Audits in Italy: evaluate potential risks, record irregularities in line with the Kering risk policy, communicate results and outputs to suppliers, manage audit documents.Check and evaluate corrective actions implemented by suppliers.Support external audit team with technical review and finalize audit reports.Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses and provide rigorous follow-up on all irregularities.Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets.Who you areA discrete but passionate advocate for high ethical standardsYou hold a Master's degree in engineering, sociologic,
legal or economic areas.You have experience in carrying out social or environmental audits.You know the "SA8000" international standard, and are knowledgeable of the Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation. You have an interest for supply chain processes, manufacturing, and industrial processes.You are an analytical problem solver and a team player.You have strong communication skills in both Italian in English.
