They are responsible for analysing the costs of construction projects to ensure the business can successfully respond to tenders. /p pAs Agilité’s reputation and portfolio continue to grow, the Finance Manager will be accountable for overseeing budgets, monitoring costs and profit margins and guiding senior executives in making sound business decisions in both the short and long term. /p pKey responsibilities will include managing each project’s overall financial position and matching it – or improving upon – pre-agreed targets, while also keeping an accurate track of all expenses, liabilities and projected costs through financial management tools. /p pAgilité is a pan-European commercial interiors and fit‑out specialist, operating as a general contractor across multiple European markets. with a strong understanding of project contractual terms /li liPredicting and identifying future risks, opportunities and associated costs or revenues /li liIdentifying and quantifying the costs and activities required for all works included in the specifications and bills of quantities, considering production time, materials and labour /li liTaking ownership of project profitability by allocating budgets for each element of a construction project /li liSupervising changes to the financial aspects of ongoing project deliveries /li liAnalysing the legal, technical and financial risks of each project /li liResearching and proposing technical and economic solutions /liliSelecting companies and proposing partnerships /li liManaging communications and relationships with internal and external technical and purchasing departments /li liEvaluating the profitability and viability of projects, making recommendations to the delivery team /li liParticipating in the preliminary financial phase of projects /li liConsulting with suppliers, including organising and analysing offers /li liResearching and analysing financial reports and market trends /li liEstablishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for Agilité /li liTracking the company’s financial health and performance to identify areas for potential improvement /li /ul h3Technical skills. /h3 ul liKnowledge of local regulations /li liAbility to critically analyse project documentation /li liAbility to work independently, managing your own time and workload /li liExperience working on construction and architectural projects /li liHaving a can‑do attitude, with the perseverance and self‑determination to manage situations of conflict and change /li liAdapting behaviour according to different situations and environments /li liCommunicating clearly and effectively, with the ability to tailor messaging and approach to a wide range of audiences /li liFostering effective collaboration and productive working relationships /li liStaying well organised and able to prioritise effectively /li liAdjusting workloads and activities in line with project developments, deadlines and evolving business requirements /li liRemaining client‑oriented /li liWorking analytically and concisely /li liThinking creatively and innovatively /li liWorking rigorously. /li /ul h3Additional skills. /h3 ul liSelf‑driven,
