We play a leading role in managing the electrical system and enable the energy transition, Terna is tasked with developing a network capable of managing an increasingly better integration of renewables and enabling the progressive decarbonization of the system, while ensuring the constant balance between energy produced and consumed. /p pDo you want to be at the heart of the energy transition and contribute to building the energy system of tomorrow? /p h3As a bDigital Construction BIM Specialist /b, you will perform the following activities: /h3 ul liAnalyzing processes and operational activities aimed at integrating digital technologies and workflows into the design and construction of facilities. /li liCoordinating working groups to define the requirements for digital solutions. /li liLeading the development of pilot projects, gathering feedback, and implementing preparatory actions for the full adoption of new applications. /li liOverseeing operational applications: monitoring usage through reports and dashboards, verifying data entry and updates, and collecting input for the development of new features. /li liEnsuring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to meet identified needs. /li liDeveloping strategies, analyzing and optimizing BIM processes, and supporting the use of new tools. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liDegree in Civil Engineering. /li liKnowledge of design and construction processes in the field of Infrastructure and Industrial Plants. /li liExperience in digitalization projects within the engineering construction sector, gained in consulting firms, corporate environments, or engineering studios. /li liExperience in governance, strategy, and monitoring of highly complex projects. /li liBasic knowledge of data analysis and reporting software/systems. /li liGood knowledge of English language. /li liStrong organizational skills and excellent management and communication abilities.
