ppbMission /bbr/Protect and strengthen the Company’s intellectual property rights and brand integrity by ensuring the effective management of the global IP portfolio and supporting coordinated brand protection and enforcement initiatives. The role contributes to safeguarding brand equity by preventing infringements, supporting anti-counterfeiting actions, mitigating IP risks associated with new products and markets, and ensuring compliance with applicable intellectual property laws and international best practices. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the Company’s global Intellectual Property portfolio (trademarks, designs, copyrights, patents and domain names), ensuring timely filings, renewals, maintenance and accurate portfolio administration. /li liConduct trademark, design and domain availability searches, preliminary clearance analyses and risk assessments to support new product, collection and business initiatives. /li liPartner with Marketing, Product Development, Innovation and Legal teams to identify, assess and mitigate IP risks before commercial launches. /li liConduct global anti-counterfeiting and brand protection activities across physical and digital channels, supporting the implementation of enforcement strategies. /li liMonitor potential infringements across marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, social media, domain names and other digital environments through specialized monitoring providers. /li liCoordinate investigations, evidence collection, customs actions, seizures, raids and authentication activities in collaboration with external investigators, customs authorities and law enforcement agencies. /li liSupport litigation, oppositions, cancellation actions, cease-and-desist procedures and other IP enforcement matters by coordinating with external counsel and ensuring timely follow-up. /li liManage relationships with external IP law firms, trademark agents, investigators and specialized service providers, monitoring deadlines, deliverables and overall case progress. /li liMaintain accurate IP databases, enforcement records, litigation documentation and management reporting to ensure portfolio integrity and effective decision-making. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liSolid knowledge of Intellectual Property law, including trademarks, industrial designs,
copyright, patents and domain names. /li liExperience managing international IP portfolios and related prosecution processes. /li liGood understanding of online and offline brand protection and anti-counterfeiting practices. /li liKnowledge of trademark clearance, infringement assessment and IP risk analysis. /li liExperience supporting litigation, enforcement actions, oppositions and administrative proceedings. /li liFamiliarity with customs surveillance procedures, investigations, evidence management and enforcement workflows. /li liKnowledge of IP database management systems and document management tools. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with IP management platforms is considered an advantage. /li liExcellent written and spoken English; additional languages are considered a plus. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical thinking with the ability to assess legal and business risks pragmatically. /li liExcellent organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple parallel matters and strict deadlines. /li liStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments. /li liEffective communication skills with the ability to translate legal concepts into practical business guidance. /li /ul h3Ideal Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification. /li li3 to 5 years of professional experience in Intellectual Property, Brand Protection, gained in an international company and/or a specialized law firm. /li liExperience supporting trademark portfolio management, IP enforcement and anti-counterfeiting initiatives in a multinational environment. /li liPrevious exposure to luxury industry is considered a strong advantage. /li /ul h3Additional information /h3 pFor new joiners in this role in Italy,
the initial annual gross salary is EUR 40000 /p pThis salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting.
