Our focus is on automating the complete material and data flow of the laser cutting and bending process chain. /p h3In a nutshell /h3 pAs a 2nd Level Service Technician, you will provide hands-on support to 1st Level Support teams, ensuring maximum uptime of TUBE machines at customer premises worldwide. /p h3What drives this department /h3 pThe Service department is a reliable partner for our customers worldwide. We put our customers first, strive to understand their priorities and then apply innovative solutions to meet those needs. Our service team is made up of dedicated and passionate experts who strive to create an outstanding customer experience. /p h3What you will be doing /h3 h3Technical area: /h3 ul liInstalling, fully disassembling, revising, assembling, commissioning handing over Bystronic tube laser machines, including system integrations. /li liResolve very complex issues. Act as role models to mentor other technicians. /li liAssemble electric, pneumatic and hydraulic installations. /li liPerform advanced repairs and measurements. /li liRetrofit Bystronic Machines at the customer site, including modifying and retrofitting electric, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. /li liPerform updates/modifications on complex issues where solution is not clearly defined. /li liDiagnose and adjust parameters of CNC/PLC systems. /li liPerform CNC/PLC software updates / downgrades and tests whether those were successful. /li /ul h3Customer interactions: /h3 ul liIidentify needs and opportunity for upgrades to support customer needs.
