Himmel Advisors is a South Tyrolean company specialising in corporate compliance consulting and conflict resolution with a tailor-made, high-level approach. Specialising in corporate compliance, we offer professional services that ensure regulatory compliance at national and European level for organisations in the public and private sectors. We are looking for professionals, even without previous experience, with a solid knowledge of civil law, public and European law (in general) and a passion for new technologies, to join our team of corporate compliance experts. These individuals will be accompanied by a dedicated company representative, who will offer support and guidance throughout all stages of their professional development. This support will ensure a structured and personalised growth experience, in line with company objectives and policy.

Candidate profile

- Degree in Law or Humanities, or in the final stage (completion) of your studies
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and European law
- Excellent knowledge of Office + LucidChart + O365Copilot
- Excellent organisational skills
- Motivation and curiosity
- Good knowledge of Italian (min. C1 written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of English (min. C1 written and spoken)

You will be responsible for a specific area of expertise,



determined by your previous knowledge and demonstrated interest

Responsibilities

- You will collaborate with the contact person in offering advice to professional firms, private companies and public administration bodies
- Participation in annual audits carried out at the client's premises (mainly remotely) in areas of expertise
- You will deal with the client at a later stage
- You will mainly carry out back-office activities (from preparing documentation to continuous updating)

- Professional collaboration contract with VAT number (Full or lavoro da remoto)
- Additional travel to the client's premises, fully reimbursed in accordance with company policy
- Working hours (flexible/to be agreed): Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 13:00 or from 14:00 to 18:00.
