Microbiology & In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)

CPM – Compagnia per la Medicina S.r.l. is expanding its international commercial network and is looking for experienced Single-Mandate Independent Sales Agents to develop selected international markets.

We are particularly interested in professionals with an established network in the Microbiology and IVD diagnostics sector, who can identify, evaluate and develop relationships with qualified local distributors able to introduce and develop CPM products in their market.

THE MAIN MISSION The primary objective of the Sales Agent will be to develop the CPM distribution network within the assigned territory.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

- Identify and approach potential distributors specialized in Microbiology and IVD
- Assess distributors' commercial capabilities, market coverage and customer network
- Establish and develop long-term relationships with suitable distribution partners
- Support the onboarding and development of new CPM distributors
- Monitor market opportunities and identify potential new channels
- Introduce CPM products and support distributors in their commercial development
- Provide CPM with relevant market intelligence, competitor information and business opportunities
- Where appropriate, support direct relationships with key laboratories, hospitals, clinics and other professional users

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- This opportunity is intended for established professionals in the Microbiology and IVD market.

Mandatory requirements:

- Consolidated professional experience in Microbiology
- Specific and demonstrable experience in IVD diagnostics




- Established contacts and relationships with distributors and/or key players in the IVD/Microbiology market
- Strong knowledge of the local market and its distribution structure
- Proven ability to identify and develop new commercial opportunities
- Existing professional network within the assigned territory
- Resident in the territory/market to be developed
- Independent sales agent/commercial representative
- Willingness to work under a single-mandate arrangement with CPM
- Ability to represent CPM exclusively within the agreed scope and territory
- No conflicting or competing mandates

IMPORTANT

- We are not looking for generic medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales representatives without specific experience in Microbiology and IVD.
- The ideal candidate already knows the IVD market, understands its distribution channels and can bring concrete commercial relationships and opportunities to CPM.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, United Kingdom,



Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, Moldova, Belarus, Andorra, Monaco, Palma de Mallorca (Spain).
- Additional target markets:
