ppWe are seeking a proactive and structured Facility and Compliance Manager to ensure efficient facility operations, project delivery, and compliance with applicable regulations and aviation standards. /p ul liLead and manage a team with direct reporting to the Managing Director /li liResponsible for facility management, including infrastructure, space planning, and coordination with airport authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders /li liOversee expansion and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations, standards,and company requirements. Coordinate activities with Headquarters,supervise local projects,and manage related assets and facility /li liLeads special projects, supports development and ensures discipline.Plans tasks,allocates resources,and monitors project timelines /li liManages company compliance topics, including training, reporting, whistleblowing, and participation in Supervisory Board (Law 231).Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and coordinate reporting to HQ /li /ul ul libEducation: /bbr/High school diploma required. University degree and/or Master’s degree desirable.br/Fluent in English and Italian required. Other languages are a plus. /li /ul ul libTechnical Skills: /bbr/Expert computer proficiency required, including MS Office and AMOS. /li /ul ul libProfessional Experience:
