If your answer is "yes", you might have the determination to be our next Account Manager to join our outstanding Partner Services team in our Milan ffice! /ph3Role Description /h3pYou will be supporting the Local Partner Services team in Milan. You will be responsible for informing and consulting its accommodation partners in regards to their business performance, market opportunities and industry trends. You will empower partners on how to use the system, tools and available products of Booking.comBV with the goal of optimizing their performance on the platform and creating an amazing experience for Booking.com’s customers. /ph3Key Job Responsibilities and Duties /h3ulliIdentify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business; /liliResponsible for maintaining a strong relationship with the accommodation partners (i.e. visiting accommodations, contacting on regular basis); /liliActing on leads,
partner feedback and information on competitor activity; /liliAble to translate statistics and insights about Booking.com's competitors as well as local market knowledge into relevant actions; /liliResponsible for providing trainings to accommodations about the online reservation systems; /liliPartner events: support in organizing Booking.com events and webinars, as well as participating in external events and trade fairs representing the company. /li /ulh3Role Qualifications and Requirements /h3ulliSignificant experience in a relevant account management/sales/business development function /liliProficient in spoken and written English and Italian /liliAffinity or experience within e-commerce and/or hotel, travel sales industry /liliProactive with a sense of responsibility and can work independently /liliAccurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail /liliA team player, self-motivated, flexible and open to change /liliDriver’s license /liliAvailability to travel up to 50% of your time /li /ulh3Benefits Perks - Global Impact, Personal Relevance /h3pBooking.com’s Total Rewards Philosophy is not only about compensation but also about benefits.
