You will lead the Planning Replenishment team while working closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective demand planning and supply chain performance. /pulliLeading inventory management activities across warehouses to maximize product availability, maintain high service levels, and optimize stock investment. /liliDeveloping and implementing replenishment strategies, planning parameters, and inventory policies aligned with business objectives. /liliDriving the Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and operational capabilities. /liliMonitoring forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and key supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making. /liliCoaching, developing, and leading the Planning Replenishment team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. /li /ulh3The skills and experience you need /h3ulliBrings 8 to 10+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand forecasting, replenishment, or planning roles, including experience leading teams. /liliHolds a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or a related discipline. /liliDemonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with advanced proficiency in ERP/planning systems and Microsoft Excel.
