As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeIn this pivotal leadership role, you will manage and develop the Privacy & Information Trust Practice team, responsible for delivering high‑quality privacy and information security support including data subject access requests, incidents, privacy contracting, impact assessments, queries and global initiatives. You will work closely with the Chief Privacy & Data Trust Officer and the Global Privacy & Data Trust Operations Director, collaborating across global teams to continuously enhance service delivery.Your responsibilities will include:Practice Group Leadership: oversee the Privacy & Data Trust Practice Group, provide legal guidance, lead capability development and design a colleague development plan, mentor team members, identify capability gaps and foster continuous improvement in privacy and data trust expertiseLegal Advice Optimization: ensure high-quality,



efficient privacy legal advice; build strong relationships with business and compliance teams by providing insights on subject access rights, incidents, trends and volumes; streamline processes, monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement and share best practices across global teams; maintain a centralized repository of privacy and data protection process flowsGlobal Collaboration and Qualifications: partner with global privacy leaders to manage risks and improve service delivery; require a law degree, privacy expertise, leadership skills, and experience in privacy matters such as data subject rights and impact assessmentsHow this opportunity is differentThis is a unique chance to lead a growing privacy and data trust capability center within a global organization where privacy is a strategic priority.
