You will provide complex commercial advice on partner business performance, market opportunities and industry trends. By empowering partners to use Booking.com’s systems, tools and products effectively, you will optimize their performance on the platform and execute partnership growth strategies. This is a partner-facing role combining commercial analysis, relationship management, portfolio prioritisation and regular communication across phone, digital and in-person channels. /p h3Key Job Responsibilities and Duties /h3 ul liAct as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, proactively communicating through calls, messaging and in-person visits to support partner business development. /li liEvaluate local market trends and use performance insights to recommend actions that improve partner results, availability and supply for Booking.com customers. /li liExecute new partnership strategies that support growth in the market and identify new partner leads. /li liExplain Booking.com products and connectivity opportunities in a way that is relevant to each partner. /li liProvide feedback to local and central teams on improvements to internal and external tools and products. /li liOrganise, coordinate and attend trade fairs, workshops,
webinars and other partner events. /li /ul h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liExperience in account management, sales or business development with a solid understanding of the accommodations market. /li liFull professional proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English. /li liStrong analytical skills, accuracy, and a proactive, independent working style with a strong sense of ownership. /li liA collaborative, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable approach. /li liValid driver’s licence and availability to travel up to 25% of the time within the region. /li liProven experience within e-commerce, travel, online marketplaces or another consultative commercial environment is highly desirable. /li /ul h3Benefits Perks - Global Impact, Personal Relevance /h3 pBooking.com’s Total Rewards Philosophy is not only about compensation but also about benefits.
