/liliNegotiation of contracts and agreements with experts /liliCoordinating communication between experts and project teams for proposal development. /li /ul /brh3Qualifications and skills: /h3 /brulliA master's degree in Business Management, International Relations or any other relevant fields; /liliAt least 3 years of experience in recruitment of experts for EU, WB, ADB, EIB funded tenders; negotiation with expert and preparation of CVs /liliFamiliarity with EC framework contracts /liliAbility to identify, evaluate, and engage international experts /liliExperience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc. /liliStrong communication skills /liliAbility to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with many deadlines /liliGreat teamworking /liliStrong independent drive, goal orientation and an eye for detail /liliA structured and organized mindset with an excellent ability to work under pressure /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point). /li /ul /brh3Language and skills: /h3 /brulliFluency in oral and written English (at least C1 level) /liliFluency in oral and written French would be an advantage /li /ul /brh3Other information: /h3 /brpOn application, please send your CV under the heading "Expert Sourcing and Recruitment Consultant".
