This role reports into the Total Rewards Lead in People Strategy and Organization team and works in strong partnership with the Compensation and Benefits Communities of Practice (COE-Centre of Excellence) team. The incumbent should have experience in working with global teams and matrix structure for seamless delivery of total rewards services /ph3Principal Duties and Responsibilities /h3pCompensation /pulliManage end-to-end compensation benchmarking and maintain salary ranges for the assigned geographies, including survey submission, analyzing survey results, and market pricing by role. /liliConduct ad-hoc salary analyses and compensation studies to maintain internal and external parity within employees including new hires and internal transfers, and share the findings with the leadership /liliSupport the process of conducting bi-annual employee data audits to ensure that employees are in the correct job codes /liliSupport the execution of Annual review cycle including salary increases, bonuses, and RSU awards /liliHandle and resolve employee inquiries, and respond to escalated compensation issues within SLA /liliAssist senior leadership in retaining critical talent by means of retention analysis /liliPartner with Compensation Community of Practice (Centre of Excellence) on the execution of any compensation philosophy and program changes /liliSupport in policy and process execution, and communication /liliManage and resolve employee compensation queries through service now portal /li /ulpBenefits /pulliSupport the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. /liliCoordinate with benefits vendors and brokers to manage annual enrollments, and changes. /liliImplement employee wellness programs to promote health and well-being. /liliEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage reporting and documentation related to benefits. /liliResponsible for processing and managing employee leave of absence requests,
ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws, and maintaining accurate records of all leave transactions. /liliHandle and resolve employee inquiries, and respond to escalated benefits issues within SLA /liliSupport in policy and process execution, and communication /liliManage and resolve employee benefits queries through service now portal. /li /ulh3Minimum qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree and 2+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience. /liliOR /liliAssociate's degree and 4+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience. /liliOR /liliHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience. /liliCompleted advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. /li /ulh3Minimum preferred qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree and 2+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience /li /ulh3Preferred qualifications /h3ulli2- 4 years of Compensation, Benefits Consulting, Benefits Administration (Employer or Vendor) or related work experience. Multicounty experience will be an added advantage /lili2- 4 years of utilizing Compensation and Benefits-related systems/tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Workday, Tech Industry Surveys, etc.) /liliExperience in utilizing Workday/SuccessFactors/Global ERP/ Service Now at operational level /liliProficiency in compensation and benefits methodologies from leading survey providers such as Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson (WTW), Aon /liliUnderstanding of global/regional/country specific labor regulatory environments /liliCertification in compensation and benefits programs is preferable, or plan to obtain /liliUnderstanding and experience of multi country compensation and benefits programs in EMEA /liliMandatory language skills - English plus any other European language (EMEA Specific)

This range includes two additional months of pay as part of the annual salary. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
