pbAbout the Role： /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for an energetic, creative and highly communicative professional to join our Retail Team. /ppThe role will primarily focus on the local execution of the OPPO All-People Marketing Program, the organization of offline activities in retail stores, universities and other relevant locations, as well as providing operational support for co-marketing initiatives with retail partners. /ppYou will work closely with the Retail, Marketing and Sales teams to turn campaign ideas into engaging local activities and digital content. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities： /b /ppbr/ppbAll-People Marketing /b /pulliSupport the planning and local execution of the OPPO All-People Marketing Program. /liliIdentify and engage suitable internal participants, retail staff or other local contributors in marketing activities. /liliCoordinate the creation of short videos, social media content and other digital materials. /liliSupport participants in developing engaging TikTok and other social media accounts. /liliMonitor participation, content output and campaign performance, and collect successful cases and best practices. /liliPrepare regular updates and reports on campaign progress and results. /li /ulpbr/ppbOffline Activities /b /pulliSupport the planning and execution of offline marketing activities in retail stores, universities and other relevant locations. /liliCoordinate roadshows, product-experience activities, photography-related events and other consumer engagement initiatives. /liliLiaise with internal teams, retail partners, universities, agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth execution. /liliPrepare presentation materials, event content, promotional materials and operational checklists.



/liliProvide on-site support and ensure that activities are delivered on time and in line with OPPO brand standards. /liliCollect participant feedback and activity data and support post-event reviews. /li /ulpbr/ppbCo-Marketing Support /b /pulliProvide operational support for co-marketing initiatives with key retail partners. /liliAssist in preparing campaign proposals, presentations, materials and implementation plans. /liliCoordinate with the Retail, Sales and Marketing teams on campaign timelines and execution requirements. /liliFollow up on activity implementation and collect supporting documents, photos and performance data. /liliSupport budget tracking, internal approval processes and post-campaign reporting. /liliHelp identify execution issues and propose practical improvements for future activities. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We’re Looking For： /b /ppbr/pulli1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, retail activation, event coordination, social media, trade marketing or a related field. /liliStrong interest in digital content, social media and consumer engagement. /liliHands-on experience in organizing offline activities or creating digital content would be an advantage. /liliGood organizational and project-coordination skills, with strong attention to detail. /liliCreative, proactive and comfortable working with different internal and external stakeholders. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. /liliFamiliarity with TikTok and other major social media platforms. /liliFluent in Italian and English; Chinese would be considered an advantage. /liliWillingness to travel frequently across Italy according to business and event requirements. /li /ulpbr/p
