You’ll manage your own workstreams, mentor junior staff, and apply your understanding of client’s engagement objectives within market and industry context to shape engagement deliverables. You’ll also get the chance to start taking more responsibility of larger or more complex workstreams with oversight. You’ll seen by client as “go-to person” on one or more topics, and work to ensure mutual understanding of engagement approach, timeline and day-to-day activities. You’ll get the opportunity to play a part in identifying new ways to help clients, while also actively contributing to Industry/Practice consulting communitiesWhat You’ll NeedExperience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacityUnderstanding in at least one core domain as for example: Application Architecture and Roadmap, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud solution, SAP, ERP etc. Experience working with one or more IT solutionsAn unwavering commitment to the success of your team, and willingness to provide and receive constructive/ corrective action when neededDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to assist in the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problemsAn ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneouslyMBA or other advanced degree preferredConsulting Experience:Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity. Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst preferredA consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities of commercial or government entitiesAn ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems.
